Jam The East Coast: Site of Woodstock 69

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is located at the site of the first festival, Woodstock 69. Today there is still music being played and peaceful people attending these shows. At the center you can tour their museum about the festival and the local music community or go to a show and relive the dream of peace love and music. Although events are still to be posted for the summer and fall, right now is a good time to see what is scheduled. Music and events range from country to hip hop to educational and of course some "hippie" music with Phil Lesh and Bob Weir returning to the site.
